Lisa and Mark run a successful full time salsa company based in Oxford (salsaOxford) and teach and perform together internationally as ConTambor. In 2008 they are teaching at many national and international events and are performing their current show ("El Todo Poderoso" by Hector Lavoe) at numerous international congresses including Bulgaria, Prague, Mambocity, Brussels, Luxembourg, Turkey, Haarlem, Athens and New York.

They teach and dance "on2" and aim to educate their students to understand latin music and to express this on the dancefloor.
